Project Description

ONE is a existential exploration through the science of quantum mechanics that begins with the concept of the traveling of light. The film attempts to imagine the journey of light particles through deep, surreal space. From a single source of light, which travels in a straight line, these light particles are unable to change their course, thus succumbing to a seemingly predestined path. We follow one such particle, as we understand the loneliness and struggles that come with its travels until it ultimately reaches to the core of the universe – the black hole. Even then, the universe is but ONE existence suspended in a dark abyss.

About

Victor developed his passion for media entertainment from a young age through the playing of video games and watching animated films. As he got older, he was attracted to the technological prowess of Computer Generated Imagery (CGI). In a few years, the various forms of entertainment started to integrate themselves and this confluence of technology and creativity led him to pursue his interest, beginning with a Diploma in Technical Direction in Nanyang Polytechnic. The course allowed Victor to understand digital media making as well as CGI software. More recently, he has an interest in creating VFX animated visuals as well as motion graphics. He aspires to open a studio in the near future.
