Project Description

Flirt is an installation that seeks to provoke participants thoughts through an intense bodily experience in a performative space. This is done through stimulating the desire for courtship.

Participants will enter the space, dressed in various constructed garments. These wearables, a signifier of courtship displays, are embedded with lights.

The sculpture, Orii-wall will respond to participants’ garments through changes in shape. Orii-wall will morph itself into a sequence of shapes and patterns.

This creates an intimate connection between the participant and the Orii-wall which portrays

a non-verbal dialogue between wearer and wearable.

Wei Ting (Audrey) is a pro-active Interactive Media student, constantly striving to do her best. She is a team player who always works closely with team members in order to broaden her perspectives and allow her to think outside of her comfort zone. Through team efforts, Audrey has found value in working on herself as a person so as to fully contribute to future teamwork.
