Hui Ping is an independent filmmaker who constantly seeks to explore new ways and perspectives to make a film. Her passion lies in melding images and sounds to create a compelling story, notably in her short documentary projects made in both Singapore and Germany. She works mainly in cinematography and sound design on numerous school projects, including collaborative works with students from Stuttgart Media University during her exchange there. Hui Ping also freelances for various aspects of the arts scene in Singapore, mainly in local live band photography. She believes in supporting the local arts scene.
