Project Description

Take flight is a project that attempts to help children aged 5-7 to identify and cope with stressors relating to anxiety by challenging their cognitive distortions through storytelling and tactile comfort.

It aims to see more children in Singapore learn how to cope positively with their emotions. In addition, it attempts to raise awareness on children’s social and emotional well-being in Singapore.
