Photography & Digital Imaging – Marvin Tang
Borderless
Project Description
Where do we find personal space in a state of constant development?
Since the 1890s, Singapore has witness progression consuming the natural vegetation of the island. While it is a means to an end, space has became a scarcity. Yet, locals have often found new ways of extending their living spaces.
“Borderless” explores the extremities we are willing to go, in order to obtain a “personal” space. Trekking into the unassuming corners of the island to find people who have crafted their own space of solace.
