Hubert believes that good design has multiple points of reference. For that reason, he is an avid collector of things, thoughts and ideas; anything that can become fodder for future projects. Much of his processes involve observing, researching and getting his hands dirty. Writing helps to sharpen his thoughts. Coupled with his obsession with critical theory, it allows him to interpret ideas within a contemporary context.
