The concept of ‘absurdity’ in design is often overlooked. Products usually place ‘function’ above other elements, limiting a sense of excitement and ‘play’. Dialogue and thought are provoked through three full-scale products, alongside an explanatory 14-minute absurdist film. The products are: The Heavenly Rest; 6-Legged Chair; and Floss Hose Reel.
