Project Description: ease is a product range that is both decorative and functional, designed to enhance our comfort in contemporary workspaces. Inspired by the Olive­backed Sunbird, a bird native to Singapore that adapts well to urban landscapes, ease aims to help users feel comfortable and adapt well to their workspace. Made using a combination of plywood and bamboo, the product range is designed to incorporate the innate beauty and tactile quality of nature in a contemporary working environment. The products are also designed to give a sense of movement from its form and rhythmic patterns created by the layers of plywood.
