Project Genre: Video Game
Project Description: This project is about the re-imagination of an abstract modern painting and the re-creation of the painting into a 3D space, transforming this space into a game world. When the game is completed, the 3D world is re-oriented such that the complete artwork becomes visible. It is a 3D adventure puzzle game. Our project will be using Wassily Kandinsky’s "Composition 8" as the game world. The game is an amalgamation of different forms of arts. It is a combination of traditional art (painting), computer graphics and also sound in the form of an art game. In collaboration with Zhang Shao Cong, Zhu Xiao Yi (IEM) and Malek Lopez (Sound Designer).
