Project Description: Heritage has played a significant part in my life. In the ever-advancing society, whereby economic success is the most important, in the name of development, many historic places with heritage values are torn down into rubbles. I would research on places that are forgotten or abandoned in Singapore. Not only tangible places are going into history, even intangible trades skills with heritage values are disappearing as sunset industry. Once a booming industry, these trades have withered and now dying. These trade’s skills are vanishing as only the older generation are practicing it and the younger generation not inheriting these trades.
