She Who Lost Her Heart
Project Genre: Illustration
Project Description: The genesis of this year-long project is motivated by my constant immersion in negativity due to the volatility of my emotions, which I am determined to overcome. She Who Lost Her Heart is an illustrated storybook inspired by the wondrous imagery of the fifteenth-century artist Hieronymous Bosch. It narrates the story of a sad girl who embarks on a fantastical journey to discover happiness using visual metaphors associated with conflicting emotions. This book adventure aims to reach out to people who constantly struggle with maintaining a positive attitude towards life, thus serving as a conclusion to this journey of selfÂimprovement.
